Let's finish this off with the last eligible Final Fantasy. Voting ends tomorrow, at which point we'll move to the next round of competition.
The previous polls are still active and have not yet been decided, so feel free to vote on them. The polls will close when we've gotten a chance to vote on all eligible FFs.
Vote for who you think has the best limit breaks. You can use any definition of "best" you want, whether it's whatever does the most damage, whatever is the flashiest, or just because. You can really make your own criteria, so if you only like one limit break from that character, but dislike the rest of that character's limit breaks, then feel free to vote for that character anyway.
How this is gonna work: You can vote for three characters, but only the top two advance to the next round. In addition, it'd be super cool if you'd also leave a comment ranking your 1-3, in case of any tiebreaks, so we shouldn't have to make extra polls. The two with the most votes advance to the next round, where they will be randomly squared off in one-on-one polls between the winners of other FF polls. Guests are not included in the polls.
Final Fantasy's 1 through 5 are omitted, for not having limit breaks, FF6 is omitted because everyone's limit break is essentially the same thing (with some minor, trivial variations). Likewise, FF12 and FF13 will also be skipped for having lame and/or not really having limit breaks.

1: Wakka. Attack Reels is just unstoppable. The sheer destructive power of this Overdrive eclipses even Omnislash and Lion Heart, and that's even BEFORE you learn break damage limit. Wakka's limit break is essential for conquering the Monster Hunter sidequest, and it gives you an excuse to play blitzball. Yeah, it's slots, but at least you get to pick them, and it's a bit easier to hit than Tifa's slots (and you don't have to pick from 8 reels to make it all work). Wakka is awesome.
2: Rikku I've actually gotten a lot of legwork out of Rikku's limit break. Once everyone is hitting five 9's with their basic attacks, most characters run out of uses for their limit breaks, but Rikku is still handy in certain situations. Granted, you usually need a walkthrough of some kind to learn her more valuable Overdrives, but she can wreak devastation, save the party when they're on the brink of annihilation, or give you insane boosts that make a hard fight into a pathetic fight. She's versatile, she's useful all through the game, she's Rikku.
3: Kimahri Yeah, Kimahri. You got a problem? You want to fight this out? Like I said, most everyone caps out with their Overdrives once their basic attacks do max damage, and the Hornless One is no exception. But between the beginning of the game and that point, he's still damn useful if you can get the right Overdrives. Stone Breath is a battle-ender in most random encounters, and the rest of his stuff ain't too shabby either.

1. Wakka I think Wakka has to be the winner for this one. Nothing has been, and probably never will be, as powerful as attack reels in FF's existence. It's just absurd, and a ton of fun to boot. All this 99999's flying about. 2. Tidus Not quite as strong as Wakka, but his limit breaks still hit hard. I like him in my party for that reason - I tend to pick characters with the best limit breaks for my party in most of the FF games from 7-10, with the exception of 9. Because trances suck. 3. Rikku I was tempted to put Lulu here since her limit break can be pretty destructive, but then I remembered I hate things where i have to spin an analogue stick around quickly. I got so many damn blisters from Mario Party doing that, and they hurt like a bitch So we have Rikku, who's got a fun limit break! Alchemists are always fun in RPGs, and I love the almost trial and error approach to it. Tons of fun, although late game only a couple of recipes are actually useful. Auron gets an honourable mention, but I don't like Yunas or Kimahri's.

YOU ARE ALL WRONG! ....Naw, just kidding. I do have a few differences, but #1 is no different.
1. Wakka. See above. Not only is Attack Reels the best, but it's so easy to get 2x2x2x.
2. Kimahri. His Overdrives can really come through in a pinch. "Oh, shit, my other two friends just got stoned and it's me vs a couple angry dudes alone! ....Stone Breath. Bwa ha ha." I always like Blue Magic, so if Overdrive is the only way to use it, then Overdrive, here I come! Plus, gotta love that it insta-charges when he learns a skill. Biran and Yenke are fun for that. "Overdrive! Lancet! Overdrive! Lancet!" Rinse. Repeat.
3. Yuna. Yeah, I said it! YUNA! Why summon when you can GRAND SUMMON!? This is how I typically beat Belgimine without grinding. Grand summon, use overdrive, take a lot of shit, use another overdrive. Done. It can backfire, but it generally rocks the house, especially when using a summon like Valefor that can't heal itself without learning Cure (which tends to suck anyway). I like Grand Summon.
4. Tidus. Blitz Ace is the only really good one, but he has some decent ones. He'd crack Top 3 if his Blitz Ace didn't cut his damage in half. Sucks doing 50,000 per hit when you can do 99,999 normally.
5. Auron. Shooting Star. It's a favorite of mine. Take THAT big fuckin' worm in the desert! So great to see 'em fly, too. But the rest of his overdrives...never did much for me.
6. Rikku. Yeah, Mix is okay, but as an item-conservationalist, I'm not really a fan. It can be fun, but most of what she can do I either have as an Auto-Status on my armor or I can do with an Al Bhed potion or something. I tend to sit on her Overdrives, or MAYBE mix something boring with a Power Crystal or whatever they're called.
7. Lulu. Not just annoying to use, but the damage gets RUINED. I'm always like "Hell yeah! Seven fires!" Then they all hit for about 1/3 the damage and it's like "Oh...yay...2ish fires." I'm always depressed with Fury. Grr.
