I think it's something that should be determined as a group on a case-by-case basis. I assume that you're talking about rebuilding TME, right? (I can't imagine you'd want to wreck the Shades, since they're consistently a top-tier team). Like Count said, we can't just give carte blanche to rebuild teams whenever, as that has the potential for abuse. It's something that should only be allowed in extenuating circumstances. As it stands, TME is the only team in the league that I would allow, since you originally built them with a specific idea that is no longer viable with the current game's settings. Rather than making them the goat team for the next four-five seasons, I'm willing to sign off on a complete rebuild.
However, just for the sake of preventing confusion, I'd like it if you kept the team name and at least most of the original members. I've finally learned everyone's team lineups by heart and it speeds up the stamina process and helps accuracy when I already know everyone on the team.

It was actually just in general, although TME would be my likely candidate, but I was thinking also of GW and MAG if their original concepts didn't play out, and just concept teams in general. It can be fun to build over a few seasons toward something surprising, but if it doesn't pan out and any of us are tired of that specific idea, I think there should be some provision for either striking up a new concept or just running a team with normal focuses instead of continuing to suffer from something that didn't work out.

I think someone would have to make a good argument in order for me to sign off on a total team rebuild. I was just saying that TME is probably the only team where I'd understand wanting a rebuild. GW is doing fine, despite starting from a terrible build, and I expect the Missiles to do better this season, now that Count will have a chance to adjust his goalies. My point is this: something has to go catastrophically wrong in order for it to be worth rebuilding a whole team, so while I don't reject the idea on principle, I do think it should be an extreme last resort.
